Beef is sold out for 2016. I am keeping a waiting list in case someone cancels their order.

Beef cattle and hogs for custom processing:
  • You order a 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef; or a 1/2 or whole hog.

  • I arrange a butchering date and deliver the animal to the butcher. Usually this is Meyer's Meats in Nevis, MN or Foley Locker in Foley, MN.

  • You tell the butcher how you want your meat cut: package size, choice of cuts, and so on. (The butcher can help you with this part.)

  • When the meat is ready, I pick up the whole batch and arrange a pick-up date and time for people to meet me.

Visit the Farm!
You have the right to visit the farm to choose your own animal prior to custom butchering.

(But you don't have to choose your animal. I can do that for you if you prefer.)
