What you get: 1/4 beef = about 90 lbs. cut and wrapped meat. This 90 lbs. includes bone-in cuts of meat. (If you want all boneless meat, you need to tell the butcher and your total pounds will be less.) This will take up about 3 cubic feet of freezer space. Cuts are your preference as you told the butcher. Cost per pound of cut & wrapped meat = (approximately) $6.73 |
