Beef cattle, lamb, and hogs for custom processing:
  • You order a 1/4, 1/2, or whole beef; or a 1/2 or whole hog; or a whole lamb.

  • You send me a check to pay in full for the estimated total of the order. We'll adjust up or down when you pick up your meat.

  • I arrange a butchering date and deliver the animal to the butcher.

  • You decide how you want your meat cut: package size, choice of cuts, and so on. (The butcher can help you with this part.)

  • When the meat is ready, I pick it up at the butcher's, we make pick-up arrangements, and settle the adjustment on the bill based on the carcass weight and processing charges.
